**Cosabi**, developed by Cooper Lin ("we," "us," or "our"), is a privacy-focused application centered on local storage. This policy explains how we handle data so you can manage your household supplies and price information with peace of mind.

## 1. Core Privacy Principle: Local Storage

We adhere to a **"Privacy First"** principle. Your core data (including but not limited to: item names, inventory counts, purchase prices, notes, and AI-generated vector data) is **stored locally on your mobile device**.
- **Data Sovereignty:** We do not upload your warehouse data to any cloud servers.
- **Data Migration:** If you change phones, you must use the export/import function provided within the App to transfer your data. We cannot access, restore, or back up your local data.

## 2. Data Collection and Purpose

To optimize the product experience and maintain operations, we only collect two types of non-sensitive information:

### A. Usage Behavior and Error Logs (GA4 & Firebase)
We use third-party tools from Google to understand feature usage frequency (e.g., which features are most popular, AI query success rates, etc.).
- **Data Types:** Device model, OS version, app launch frequency, feature clicks, and crash reports.
- **Anonymization:** This data is processed anonymously and cannot be traced back to any specific individual.

### B. Purchase and Payment Information (Apple App Store)
When you purchase the Premium features, all transaction details (such as credit card numbers and billing addresses) are handled by **Apple Inc.**
- **Developer Access:** We only receive a confirmation token indicating whether the purchase is valid. We **cannot** access your real name or any payment details.

## 3. AI Technology and Data Security

The AI features embedded in the App (such as semantic search and Embeddings) primarily run locally or within encrypted transmission environments.
- **No Tracking:** Your query content is only used to build a retrieval index. We do not collect your search terms for advertising purposes or to train general AI models.

## 4. Third-Party Service Providers

We collaborate with the following services to enhance performance and operations; their privacy practices follow their respective platform standards:
